Jamie's in Bath

Wednesday, 28 May 2014

Earlier this month we had the chance to visit Jamie's Italian in Bath, we made a cute little date day out of it. Driving to Bath City in the sunshine, taking snaps as we strolled down the streets and finally making our reservation ready for a scrummy meal and maybe a few fizzy drinks.

The restaurant is gorgeous, something to see every where you look, with a rustic but relaxed feel all the way through. We were seated in an upper room, next to a window where the sun shone in and we were able to people watch at our leisure.
We shared some amazing starters, we're certainly savoury lovers rather than sweet, and the bread mix certainly didn't disappoint....hello carb overload!
Our mains were also just perfect, I of course went for a burger, I am sure it's my duty to try a burger in every eatery we try- I always think they look so damn amazing too. Sam went for the lasagne and potatoes, something a little different for him but he thoroughly enjoyed his meal too ♥

There are a few restaurants I love visiting when visiting, and now Jamie's in Bath has firmly confirmed it's place on the list.

  3. It looks lovely, and although I live near Bath I've never been to Jamie's (or any other branch.)

Although, I have to say, if you want really good Italian food in Bath then you definitely need to go to Sotto Sotto. The atmosphere there is brilliant, the service is excellent, and most importantly the food is to die for. So good!

  6. I really want to go to Jamie's Italian but, honestly, it scares me a bit. I worry that it will end up being so much more expensive than I budgeted for.
