In the space of a week I have fallen in love with two maxi dresses, this is such a big deal for me, and something I feel rather excited about.
The first comes to you from the lovely Dorothy Perkins, a keen favourite of mine this summer, I honestly have bought half my Honeymoon wardrobe from there and I think recently they've upped their game so much.
This particular dress is to celebrate, and share with you Dorothy Perkins amazing competition- #DPDressSelfie and it's totally what it says on the tin, tag your self on twitter or instagram with a photo of you in a DP's dress and tag it! Now there's not much time to do it, and of course you really really should because you could win a dress every month for a year.......yes exactly!!!!
I teamed the dress with my faithful Primark sandal shoes and a sweet little blazer, just right for grabbing and going but looking great with everything and anything. I think paired with a chunky necklace and sparkly heels this look would have still rocked, and worked so well for a girls night out. The Joshua James ring just is perfect for me too, I love the two toned look and it isn't so dainty but ever so pretty at the same time.
Recently I feel like my style has changed, I think that's normal and people just grow and become different at different times in their life. I believe my love for trousers is a huge step for me, and I'm loving the more smart put together look, although my heart still beats for a pretty little dress.
This Weekend is slightly more chilled and relaxed than the previous, and also than the next. I am on full Hen Weekend count down, which is exciting me an enormous amount. As we speak Paige and I are talking outfits, and I am just delighted about the thought of spending a whole Weekend with my true friends and wonderful family ♥
