In my Wardrobe: Escaping It All...

I wore this on Saturday night for Chinese fest and then out with the girls for some drinking and dancing, we also met Arg from the only way is Essex (fan girl!)

I love this shirt, a little beaut in George, so glad I spotted it. They have some lovely items in at the moment, if you have one near you make sure you take a look for sure. Love a good supermarket shop, mine usually consists of 20% food and the rest DVD's, Clothes, Makeup and hair products

I gave in and coloured my hair too, came out a slightly different colour this time. In some lights I really like it, but I'm still not sure the red will be staying but longer.
I also had fake lashes put on and my eyebrows threaded at Arch Anglez on Saturday, was actually really nice to treat myself and make my self look pretty. The lashes are really fab too, they stuck really well and looked obvious but natural at the same time.

I hope you all had lovely weekends, I will literally be wishing this week away for our little trip on Friday

Excuse my miserable face and awful hair in these photos! My hair is more than horrible at the moment, it's the time again to think about what to do with it. I try and get away from red, but it always pulls me in again. No doubt I'll be buying a red colour for the weekend, making myself look like I've made an effort for the weekend.

I literally can not stop wearing this coat and the skirt, I adore them both way too much and think they go with everything (even when they don't!) On Monday me and Sam went for lunch and a walk around the Costwolds (Costwold Country Park) and had a nice relaxed day off after we both worked the smelly weekend.

The next two weekends should be fun, I am off out for all you can eat Chinese on Saturday before some drinks with the girls on Saturday night and then Sunday I am attending a Christening- not too rock and roll but I feel like I've been locked up recently, so at least it gets me out of the house.
Next weekend my & Sam are going to Brighton for our delayed 4year anniversary celebrations, I think we're also going to London one night to meet up with some of his Uni mates, all in all super excited

Sweetest Nails...

Ever since receiving my MUA goodies, I haven't stopped playing with them, my favourite out of the bunch seems to be the nail varnishes

U R FAB is the colour I prefer, but both are so pretty and work together so well. Both shades are gorgeous for spring time, and just 2 coats and I was ready to go

LOVE U 24/7 is a slightly darker lilac colour, so different to anything else I have. U R FAB is a very pretty pink raspberry colour that I will be painting my paws with more often

MUA have teamed together with love hearts and have bought out 6 lovely shades from brights to pastels, and I think for the price tag they are ones to try out. I am keen to get my hands on U ROK from the collection as it looks beauitful

MUA is available at most Superdrug stores and online

I wore this on Saturday for my busy day in London, wasn't really what I had hoped for and felt a little gutted about spending my money and time getting there. However seeing the gorgeous blogging girls is always a pleasure, and meeting some new bloggers is such a fab thing to do. I spent the majority of the day with Michelle and Kim, which was just a huge pleasure and I love them rather a lot.
I am in need of a 'bloggers meet' which just consists of drinking cocktails around a round table and chatting, while taking photos- of course

I bought my skirt recently and I'm so glad I did, I think it will become a skirt I wear a lot. I love the tank too, although my boobies do have eyes! Hmmmm

In other news I have passed the stone mark (just) on my weight loss, and Sam is a little bit behind. The last two weeks haven't been the best though, so I'm hoping to get back into it fully now

In my Wardrobe: It's Not All Grey Clouds...

I wore this outfit out to a friends Birthday meal on Tuesday night, and I just bloody love the jumper. I am always really chuffed with my self, and my buys when I actually love them and want to wear them a lot *geek-YES!*
The sleeves are really cute, and although I would have liked it a little longer, I still think it's a fab find for Primark

My hair is looking a bit 'blah' again! I don't think I'm going to colour it until close to my cousins wedding though, that's my plan any way. I have been 'topping' the red up with a wash in/out vibrant colour from Sallys, and that does seem to work. I'm unsure if I'll keep the red long term though, I hate being so indecisive about my hair

I have a busy weekend (well Saturday) I'm in London for 'The Only Way is Blogging' (I hate saying that!) event and then straight out for a friend Birthday in the evening.

Curry was consumed on Tuesday, and mini eggs at college today, mix that together with the wine I'm sure to drink on Saturday and I think the diet will be another right off for the week. I have been trying in between though, so as long as I haven't put on I'll feel the motivation to get back into it again, I've got so far to go, don't need to stop now!

If you read my last post, you'll know I attended the Rockalily Zomg lipstick launch this week, where I wore this outfit.
I adore this dress so much, and I love that it's so easily dressed up or down. I have such a thing for cream lace, and I just think this dress is fabulous for having sleeves.
The fur stole is also now a firm favourite *bit late there Steph* and I think it looks perfect with this coat that was handed to me from Sams Great Auntie
I used my friends waver, which I really liked but it was pretty casual look, so I'm not sure weather I'll buy one yet

I had such an urge to shop this weekend, which I did a little, but then I needed a new car battery and I feel like my car just makes me want to cry! I have paid for all of TOWIB now too, and it really isn't cheap with the ticket, transport, and then anything else in between. I hate when money plays on your mind so much, and this month has just started- how this month is short, I don't actually no, because it isn't

Everything I saw in store was so summery and gorgeous though, it made me want to lose weight quicker and be able to buy all my holiday clothes now

Event: Zomg!...

On Monday I made my way to London for the much talked about #zomgbloggersbash. The amazing blogger event hosted by ReeRee and Zoe to celebrate the collaboration of the gorgeous Rockalily 'ZOMG' lipstick.

I get invited to few events, so when one comes a long I jump at the chance. The event was fabulous, so so many amazing bloggers there and I truly felt lucky to be invited. I got to meet some amazing bloggers, and met up with others I've met before and am pretty much in love with

A few of us met up for some food before heading to the venue; the Distillers pub in London. It was gorgeous, and my eyes didn't know where to look when we first walked through the door. Many chatting bloggers and many activities including cupcake decorating, trying on some amazing hats & wigs, and swatching all the lovely Rockalily lipsticks
It was also more than amazing to see Zoe again, she is so lovely and looked bloody stunning

After saying hello to all the new bloggers I pretty much adore, and catching up with lovelies that I had met previously the night rushed past in a flash.
Before it was time for Goodbyes, Rubyyy Jones and the gorgeous Banbury Cross performed for us. Both pretty amazing in their on special way, and I'd happily be Banbury Cross- please and thanks! ReeRee and Zoe then drew bingo cards from the evening, and handed out many fantastic prizes to some lucky girlies

I actually adore This jumper. I got it in a big size to be baggy & comfy, and I think it looks fab & it so cosy!
On Saturday we went for a dog walk up the canal, much needed exercise for sure, but me being me of course had to snap some outfit posts- I think Sam just expects it now.
I am still in need of more skirts like this, I am going for a Primark shop on Saturday- so hopefully I find some good 'bottom' halves. I hate how much spring/summer stuff is in the shops at the moment though, it's far from warm out there

On Monday I went to the ZOMG blogger bash which was fabulous, and I'll be blogging about it in the next few days. I am also off to London again for the TOWIB event next weekend- I was so indecisive about it for ages, but as there are so many gorgeous bloggers going, I couldn't miss the chance

In my Wardrobe: Willing to Take the Risk...

The past few weekends have been a bit of a write off, I've had little money and a few essays to do for college. By Saturday I felt well and truly fed up, so wanted to make sure we did something today. A two hour dog walk, and a trip to the carvery did the job.

If you follow my on twitter you'll know I've been on a little diet these last two weeks, me and Sam are doing it together and the Slimming World plan seems to be working well for us. Fingers crossed we keep the weight loss going *crosses fingers*
My first goal is for my cousins wedding in March, and then to carry it on through to our Florida holiday in September. & yes, the carvery was a little treat- we have 7 days left to get back on track

I really adore this dress, bought it a while back now and you can find it in the sale at the moment too. I think it's really flattering and the frilly neck is just gorgeous, you can see a little bit of booby in between the gap though- oops. I of course wore it with tights- how cold is it at the moment, I'd happily have some warmer weather now please.

I'm off to London on Monday for the ZOMG bash, really looking forward to it and meeting all the scrummy bloggers- let me know if you'll be there

I literally adore this tshirt, so so much! I bought it a fair few years ago now, and I just think it's one of my best buys EVER. I never wear it a lot though, I feel like my Mum when I was younger, she always told me to 'keep that for best'

My poor boots are slowly dieing, I feel so sad for them. They're so fab, I have no stopped wearing them since I bought them. The hole in the heel is getting bigger & bigger, I feel shortly we will have to say our good byes

On Friday me and Sam went to the pub and got a little tipsy, which actually lovely though. We chatted about our Florida holiday non-stop, and our dreams to move out (home is killing me more and more each day) Sam knows if we move out I would like a ring on my finger pretty soon after- cheeky!

I'm feeling really lazy at the moment, I have no interest in anything. I want to look pretty, drink Champagne, go shopping and buy things for my new flat (HA!) we can all dream right?! In a little January blue mood I feel, things can only get better though

I've been making more videos recently, I'm still a goon, so will probably delete them soon enough, but feel free to have a looksie

Do You Know Who I Am?...

There are some things in the blogging world that you literally jump at the chance of, what do you have to lose right?

One of these things is the competition Serenza are holding to become one of their ambassadors. A dream blogging experience, shoes, shoes and more shoes- plus getting to blog about them, what more could you want

A few of the blogging girls I read on a regular basis are ambassadors, and this is how I really have got to know the site. I dribble a little every time I see a new pair, and physically get excited for the girls who get to pick a beautiful pair of shoes each month

Lately, this has been no different, and I have found my must-have's for the moment

Creepers actually make my heart skip a beat at the moment, so these bad boys are by far my favourite pair on the site. Plus, they come in my size *does a little cheer*

On Sunday me and Samuel traveled to London [thanks to Mega bus] to start our little trip away for my Birthday. I have many photos from the few days away, and I'm sure you will see them soon enough.

I wore this down and then out for some food at Hard Rock Cafe. I adore the sheer top, it's probably a little too short for an actual dress, but I like that's it's longer than a normal 'tunic' type top. I first saw it on Lilys blog, many moons ago now, and loved it since then. When I noticed it in the sale for £6 recently I decided to go for it. I'm not so in love with flowers at the moment, they just seem too over summery, and I think have been a bit over done in general. However I love the print on this, with it being sheer & also love that it's navy and not black as I seem to be in a bit of a black rut at the moment.

I attempted my Mickey & Minnie nails that day & to be fair, thought they came out okay. I have literally never done nail art before, so it was a bit of fun. I feel like I need a dotting tool and some tool to draw with now though [I'm saying these things like I know what they are!]

Last night I celebrated my 24th Birthday [sobs into blanket!] My gorgeous friends and I drank merrily at my house before 'VIP'ing [kinda] it up.
I always feel pressure on my Birthday nights out, and usually not end up enjoying them, but I loved every second of last night. My amazing Boyfriend treated us all to Champagne and my friends just were total fitties. You can tell I'm getting old though, in bed by 1am and totally happy about it.

I'm frigging in love with my ear cuff, thought it was such a fab find, so you will be seeing it again and again
I love my dress too, I fell in love with the Topshop one and velvet is my friend at the moment, so when I found this one on Ebay I jumped for joy. It is slightly on the short side, but some tights sorted that out. I love everything about it though, the material the shape the pattern BOOM! Fav dress of the moment for sure

Today we're off to London before catching a very early Eurostar to Disneyland Paris tomorrow- so so so excited! Packing and prepping needs to be done

I wore this for a cinema and Frankie and Bennys trip last night- yum. Last day of eating all sorts of crap [and we did] as today I have started trying to lose some weight, I don't want to get into it too much, or even think about it too much BUT I am trying as I'm slightly fed up now

I adore this skirt, the print is amazing, as I'm so fed up with florals right now. It was an amazing £3 from the sale!! BARGAIN

New Year & Christmas feels like an age away, and here we are in our new year- I hope you all celebrated well and bought the new year in with style
It was my Birthday on the 1st, I got a little drunk while sipping Asti with my sister [too classy] I am also celebrating Saturday with drinkies with my friends and then me and Sam are off to Disneyland Paris on Monday- WOOOOOO!!! *dances*

Christmas is Over, What Next...

Does any one else feel like Christmas is a distant memory now? How sad! I do miss being a kid at Christmas, it's much more magical and the excitement is beyond anything you could ever feel [unless you're like me and getting excited over Disneyland]

The presents I got this year were lovely! Sam did very well and I received Disney DVD's, a Pandora charm, and a shirt from Newlook. I also got A LOT of Lush, from both bf and parents- my room smells amazing at the moment.

My parents gave me enough money to book our transfers for Florida, so that's another thing ticked off the list & my sister has given us both Euros so we can actually eat when we go to Paris

Next we'll be thinking about Valentines day [scary thought!] Sam got my flowers from Marks & Spencers this year, and I loved them- hint hint there boys. I'm getting older for sure, I love flowers in and around my room now, they always make me smile

Turkey Trimmings....

I had a lovely few days, and having the time off work has been amazing- much needed indeed. Christmas started with drinks at the pub before Santa arrived, a mini-Christmas with Sams family and over to my Aunties for board games & shots, it then ended with our Christmas/Boxing day [Mum works Xmas day] filled with glasses of bubbly, some lovely presents, and a huge amount of family time

I have another day off work before the mini-week starts and New Years will soon be upon us. Some sale shopping may be had tomorrow, more food will be consumed [why not, I'll sort my podge out soon-promise!] and general chilling out watching some more Disney DVD's

How lovely and festive is this hair band, I think I'm truly in love! I wanted to show it to you quickly, just incase you had to purchase one too

Event: Bloggers Christmas Shindig...

On Friday I made my way to Bristol for the Christmas Bloggers Meet-up, I met Abby at the station before we had a little mooch around the City and then met up with the other girlies
In the evening we drank from little plastic cups and got our glad-rags on to join Mystreet Chic and Boohoo.com at Java

We were spoilt with free drinks and an amazing fashion show [although I think some of the models were more drunk then us] I met some fabulous girlies, some of which I'd met before and some I only know from their lovely blogs.
I'm so glad I got to go, as always the bloggers made it amazing, and meeting them is always so lovely

Look at These...

After trying some of the Look Beauty range out the last couple of weeks, I can safely say these two items are well and truly the love of my makeup life

I'm not a huge fan of red lipstick, off I think they look fab, but on I tend to think they look cheap and a little tacky. However I have found a winner in this gorgeous colour, it is bright, and most certainly red but, it has a classy side and the colour is just beautiful. The lipstick is moistursing, as well as staying put for a fair amount of time, it also blends fabulously with other lippies and glosses to change up the look slightly. Although maybe on the smaller side for a 'regular' lipstick, I still love it, and am egar to try more shades.

I love the chunkiness of it, I love the whole packaging of the lipsticks, I think it makes them feel and look expensive. You will see my red lips show cased a lot more, now this is in my life

The nail varnish is also lovely, such an amazing Christmas colour. Red, sparkles- what more do you need at the festive time of year. The glitter takes a fair amount of coats to build up to my kinda look [I'm saying 3/4] but once you're there, it's totally worth it. It goes on really nicely, and stays on like a dream...oh, you wanted to take glitter nail varnish off?!
Again I love the packaging, I think it's something a little different to most other brands you can find at the moment

Look Beauty can be found in some Superdrug stores now and, in my opinion, is well worth a little loot. Why buy it over other brands? I can't honestly tell you, for me, the package is a huge thumbs up and the amount of different shades & colours they have in the products excite me and I want to try more. It's just good makeup, doesn't cost the earth, and is worth a try for sure

Happy Birthday Stephanie dreams!
How amazing, I have been blogging for 2 years, how time has flown by. My blog has made a huge turn around this year, most definitely with the name change [formerly Topshopprincess.com] and I feel like myself and my blog have grown together

As always, the best part of blogging is the people I meet and things I do and see because of my bloggy. Although not down with the ''in crowd'' too often, I still have had my share of amazing events over this year & have adored meeting more bloggers, and seeing some bloggers again that I'd now class as friends

I feel really proud of my blog [passes sick bucket] and I'm happy to have it as my little space on the internet, I feel so so grateful for the followers I have, and the comments I receive literally make my day. Although I, like most, have patches of down times on 'Stephanie Dreams' I still have such a love for blogging, as well as reading and taking inspiration from others

I thank you for joining me along the 2 years, and I welcome you if you've just started....here's too many more days of writing and photo taking for my little world

I see in a few blogs that people seem to wear an outfit just for the 'outfit post' I've never done this, I simply don't have enough time & would just prefer to show you what I actually wore to certain places and events, rather than just showing you my wardrobe in general.
However for this outfit, I feel I have cheated a little- the big floppy hat was my first outfit choice, and I do love it, but I had a quick change around, was a diva and wore a slightly different outfit instead

How fast do weekends go at the moment! It's crazy! I'm so glad I've nearly finished my Christmas shopping, as town and all the shops are so so busy. Just two more gifts to pick up/be delivered and then I'm done, really looking forward to my big wrapping up evening too *cue Christmas music*

So...I've been a bit quiet of late, I feel it too. Just not really up to speed on anything, my whole life has been a bit on the slow side & has been a little boring
Me and the boy went ice skating at Bristol last night, and had a Nandos [yummers!] What I needed for sure, some festive treatment and to get out of the house

Today we went out for breakfast, Frankie & Bennies 2 for £10 is too good to miss

I could also go on about weight for a while today, but same old. Need a rocket up my ass, I just want to be a size 12 again- pretty please. Sort your self out Steph
We also went to buy Sam a car, his first car [has been using his parents] so that was all very excited, he is now the owner of a VW Polo, we need to think of a name for her though

I went out last night with the work girls, had such a good night, apart from the few idiots that were out- my temper, both when I'm drunk & now I'm getting older is so so bad. I physically can not believe some people, they annoy me so very much and it sticks with me for a day or so, I just feel myself getting angry over silly people *annnnnddd breathe*

I haven't been out with the girls for so long, and some cheesy dancing, wine & shots were what I needed for sure. I love these shorts so much, I think they're just so pretty, only the second time I've worn them, I find matching a top with them tricky- a black top not tucked in just to seem the general way to go

Today I met up with my friend Shanna, had such a good, much needed catch up. So good when you just start chatting like no time has passed. We had a gossip about everything, every one and made some fab pre New Years Eve plans [I'm working NYE] so if it actually happens, will be fab to get all our friends together

Style me up- Matalan Challenge...

I've been wanting to do the Matalan style project for so long, and having seen it on many blogs- I always keep my fingers crossed that I will get the chance....and now this is it!

If you don't know anything about it, Matalan pick four bloggers to take part each month.
This months theme was 'party season' and so off I trotted to my nearest Matalan to find the outfit I would be happy to party in.
I think it would have been easy to pick something very 'high fashion' and to be way too daring, but I also wanted to make sure it had 'me' written all over it.

I love the dress, the long sleeves make me feel so much better about my arms, and I love that it's just long enough to go without tights- although I think I will try tights with it on its next venture out.
I adore the brogues, they're patent and they're yummy- what more do you need! I was very set on getting flat shoes of some sort, because I'm tall and I think this puts a twist on the normal black sandals. I want to make it okay to wear flat shoes, do something different, and feel confident in it.

The socks with frills to add for a bit of girly-ness that the shoes are missing, and the head band to bring in the colour of them too

If you've not been to Matalan recently and you're in need of a dress [or any outfit] for the part season, then I suggest you get your bottoms down there now!
I would have bought them all if I could of, so I'm looking forward to seeing what the other girls have picked and how they've styled theirs

Nifty Thrifty...

I go through phases with thrifting, and the last few months of so have been amazing

From Charity shops, to car boot sales, I have found some beautiful pieces

My little town is fabulous for the amount of charity shops all in one area, and I love spending an afternoon looking around to see what goodies they may have. Even though not the cheapest of areas for second hand goods, I still feel happy giving my money over, not only because it's a charity because also it's something that no one [expect a granny] would have and I can style it and give it some 'Stephanie Dreams' love

Carboot sales I personally don't find as successful, but I did manage to find this gorgeous cream thick cardie with lovely little buttons. They have stopped generally in my area for the winter now, so I will be looking back in my fav charity shops and see what goodies I can find

for the Christmas season

Event: Aussie Anniversary...

I used to be an angel, but hung up my wings *sob* so it was amazing to be back in the atmosphere of it all again, and see some beauts as well as meet some new lovelies

I went to the Aussie event on Saturday [blog post to follow] and I wore this, actually felt so lovely in this outfit. I bought the dress online last week, I love that it covers my podgy arms and the shape of it.
I then boot these boots in River Island, when we did a little shopping before hand. I really wanted some from F21 that I'd seen previously, they didn't have them though *sobs!* After a quick stop over at RI, and 1000 other shops on Oxford Street, I found these beauts. Not quiet the boots I was thinking of, and may be a bit glitzy for every day, but I still LURVE them

Saturday night got me in the mood for some friends time, drinking & dancing included

I love my rock inspired outfit from Saturday night, rather fitting with this weeks X-Factor too. I literally adore this necklace, it has been around my neck rather a lot of late, so happy I purchased it when I went to Westfields.

The leggings were a huge fail, I am in desperate need for some new ones. They just always seem to fall down/not go high enough and I feel like a bad ass 'lad' with a huge amount of material between my legs, that I have to pull up every five seconds. I need them to be long enough too, I'm 5ft 11'' so I find a lot of them are just slightly on the short size. Any help or suggestions would be amazing

As mentioned in my last outfit post, my friend Sian and I went to get free make overs at our local Benefit counter. I changed it up a bit before I got home, but I really love the smokey eye that she did for me, the colours are so pretty- I feel I have enough eye shadow to last me a life time though

Sunday was lush, I had pancakes bacon and egg for breakie. Followed by a National Trust day, can not beat a good wander around an historic house an beauitful gardens at the moment- well worth out membership. Finishing off the day with a BK and X-Factor. Sunday is starting to be known for it's food, may have to rename it 'fat day, sunday'!
Tomorrow starts my eating less, and trying to move my ass a little, a bit fed up of my flab now

How annoying, me hair has got lighter ends already! I loved having ombre hair for the small amount of time I actually had it, but now it's haunting me constantly. I'm pretty sure I just need to chop my ends off, I think it would be good for my hair too- get some life and health back into it. I am keeping my fingers crossed to get paid before the weekend, and therefore before the Aussie event. Some bouncy locks, and feeling good about my self always helps when meeting other beauitful bloggers, I think.

I wore this on Saturday night when I popped into town with my friend for a free Benefit make over, you'll see the look on my next outfit post, but I really liked it. I have been buying far too much lately, need to slow it down! I have my tattoo next month, which is rather a few pennies and then it's Christmas which I don't feel prepared for at all. Through all of this, all I can think about is going to Disney Land Paris, and getting back on track for my Florida savings- selfish much? Don't get me wrong, I love buying presents, but I just don't feel the urge as much this year, need a kick in the head maybe

I adore this tshirt, I spoke about it briefly in my 'recent purchase' video, but I have now officially worn it, so wanted to share the outfit with you.

If you haven't already checked out the Orange Circle website then I urge you too, especially if you like any types of logo & motif tshirts- there are literally LOADS in lots of colours and designs. I was worried about the size, I got an XL and I am a size 14-16 on top. It is tight, but I don't think it's too tight, so I'm happy with it. I am happier that they have started to do mens style and size tshirts too, I do love a baggy one, so I'm sure I will be making a purchase.

On Sunday my little town become a 'Royal', which was granted my the queen for all the help, support and community support we gave when the fallen soldiers were repatriated through our highstreet. I actually felt very proud, and moved by the amount of people that turned up.
I wore this there, and then me & Sam went out for a cheeky Pizza Hut in the evening too. I can't believe how fast the weekend passed!! Another one is just around the corner though * yippee*

Event: TOWIB...

[What I wore HERE]

I know when 'everyone' has been to an event the blog posts about them can become a bit OTT
I however, would just like to share a few photographs with you & some blog love for the girls I met and the new blogs I am enjoying

I didn't take half as many photos as I would have liked too, the day was jam packed and left little time to eat, drink or chat properly [these are my favourite things to do] however the makeup brands were fabulous, Vivo who you can find in Tesco and Fashionista who you can find in some Superdrug stores. HTML and photography workshops, as well as Q&A's by some of my fav bloggers also took place and in all the day flew by.

As always, the best part of the day was meeting some of the gorgeous bloggers- I think we [well I know I do] forget how many beauty/fashion/lifestyle blogs there really are, I read and know of just a tiny percent so it's nice to meet lots of newbies, bloggers I've not come to before and the ones I know and look up too

I firstly met Kirsti and Lisa at the train station and we made our way to the event together, I've never met these girls before but ended spending the majority of the day with them. They're both so so down to earth and easy to get on with

I also saw Aysh there who I have met once before at an Aussie event, and speak a little to on twitter as well. She is basically just gorgeous, again, so lovely and easy to chat too. She was far to lovely to me and complimenting my blog a lot *Blushes* I am looking forward to meeting her again already!

Two girls I briefly met were Clo & Annabel they're both pretty damn gorgeous and since checking out their blogs- I am in lurve!! Fabulous blogs, that deserve a lot more readers- so get on it ladies

A quick thank you to Sabrina & Sophie who I attached myself to near the end of the event also, was lovely to see them again & get to know them better

On Saturday I made my way to London for the Only Way is Blogging meetup, an early start and unsure on the weather for the day, I grabbed my new Zalando dress and hoped for the best. The dress did me proud, and after umming & ahhing over it for a week or so, I'm glad I wore it and actually love it. The colour is a bit different to what I'd usually go for, and I love the shape of it. It came in a few other colours, and even though I adore the green one, I am glad I went for this one in the end

You've probably heard a little about Zalando if you watch TV, as they have a few adverts. If you haven't, then take a look at the website for sure. My dress is Vero Moda and this is one amongst many brands they have on the site. I actually looked through a lot, and even though there are some high price items, you can also find some quality products by amazing brands for a reasonable price.
Vero Moda is one of the brands I will be looking at again, and even though not 'high fashion' they have some amazing key pieces that will last and look amazing with fashion items through the colder months

For those wondering, TOWIB was really good. I loved meeting some new girlies, and seeing bloggers again that I hadn't seen for so long. It was a full packed day with talks from VIVO and FashionistA makeup ranges and Q&A's with Lily, Kate and Zoe.

Last Saturday night I went out for a friends Birthday, we are all just getting a bit too old for my liking now. I will be 24 on my next Birthday, and honestly feel like I have done nothing for my age. A nice car and a place with Sam is my dream, but as I've mentioned before my stupidity is the thing making us wait. I feel like I'm being held back and just want to get on with my life, but that won't start until I move out

*oh dear, cry me a river!*

Back on track now......I coloured my hair as I mentioned in my last outfit post, I'm glad how it came out and it just looks more healthy and shiney. Hopefully it will keep me going for a while longer so I don't dye it again, I'm suprised how much the ombre killed my ends- I still have the urge to do it again though! I think it looks fit here, I just wish the volume stayed throughout the night

I love all the printed shirts at the moment, I adore this one as it comes down longer at the back. It can been worn in many different ways too, and easily dressed up or down.
I finally got to wear my F21 ring that I bought when I went to Westfields, I wish I had one nearer me as I don't think much of their website. I have bought far too many goodies this month though, a little spending holt wouldn't be a bad thing

Cornish Pasty....

Last week me & Sam took a weeks holiday and ventured down to the West country to visit Cornwall
We stayed in Widemouth Bay, near Bude, and had the sea splashing at our finger tips and all the sights and sounds of Cornwall we wanted just a short journey away

Our 3 bed caravan was right up our streets, and to be honest, I loved it! I haven't stayed in a caravan for a long time, and it was just simple and put a smile on my face

The days were spent touring Cornwall, shopping, praying for the sun to come out, and snapping away and all the pretty locations we passed

We visited many National Trust properties including Lanhydrock, Tintagel, Boscatle, and Cotehele. The houses are stunning, and I could walk around the gardens for hours. The beach was also a place to find us, as well as drinking hot chocolate in the cute little tea rooms dotted in every street in all the towns

I'd really like to visit Antony House and Gardens, as some of Alice and Wonderland was filmed there, next time we visit Cornwall this will be the first place on my list

I think I could share a lot more with you too!

In my Wardrobe: The Sun Beats in your Eyes

Hello there!
Do you remember who I am? I have been on holiday the past week, and time just literally seems to disappear in front of me. I am back on the blogging bandwagon now though, and I have a few blog post comin' your way

Last week, me and Sam went to Cornwall for our holiday [post to follow] and this is one of the outfits I wore during the evening
It's pretty simple and easy to dress up or down. I love the shorts, even though I think my fat legs eat away at them. Shorts and tights for the colder months are one of my favorite things though, and hello, isn't Autumn here

How awful is my hair? Seeing these photos made me cave in and colour it, it really had to be done. It is still in desperate need for a little trim too, but I am happier with the more healthier colour. Nothing too drastic, and hopefully it won't need doing for a while, but the tri colour look wasn't working for me any more. I broke my no dye ban! ooops

Wiltshire Weekend...

This weekend was truly wonderful, me & Sam spent so much time together and really made it a worthy weekend

On Saturday morning, we venture to Marlborough for some breakfast, it has my favrouite tea shop that does all sorts of yumminess. Cakes galore! We opted for the all day breakfast & cakes to take away

Delightfully full, we made a our way to Lacock, to visit the Abbey. The village is gorgeous, and some where I love to just go and be, however neither of us had ever been to the Abbey before

On the way in, we fell for a bargain & decided to get National Trust memberships. The 'young adult' memberships are a mere £23.50 (it was £13 to get into Lacock Abbey), so we made the decision & went for it. I'm excited to travel around and see more of their houses and gardens, this weekend we are doing to venture to another one near us. It may not be every ones cup of tea, but now we have them, we're really excited to use it and see more of the UK
The Abbey and gardens are just beauitful, such a relaxing a lovely place to be. We spent hours just walking through and taking a million photos (well almost) photos of the grounds

If you ever get the chance to go to Lacock, then it's a must do- especially for all the HP fans, surely?

In the evening we walked the dogs until sunset & finished off the day with Chinese takeaway and X-factor- perfect!

Sunday was lazy and chilled out, we had to pop into town for a few bits and pieces (after a nice lie-in) and then off strawberry picking we went!
I've never been to a pick your own before, was lots of fun & the afternoon turned out to be gorgeous weather. This particular pick your own was on a working farm, so we had to say hello to all the animals
Strawberries, raspberries & corn on the cob were picked (and eaten-nom nom nom)

Do you have places like this near where you live that you just don't visit enough? I have such a beauitful county, I seem to miss it some times though, it's nice just to stop & stare

Thanks to the world of Twitter, I was made aware that 'Bristol Fashion Week' was on until Sunday. Living so close, I thought it would be a shame not travel the short distance down there & enjoy the fashion show.

After quickly deciding I HAD to go, buying tickets & dragging Maxime there with me, we (eventually) made it to The Mall, Cribbs Causeway where the show was being held.

Slightly rushed and ever so flushed (nothing to do with my driving!) we arrived at the venue to be greeted with mini cupcakes, bucks fizz & show casing fashion looks

A brief snif of some perfume, a nosey at the fashion we'd be seeing in the show & a swig of Bucks Fizz, we all made our way into the Cat Walk hall

I was looking at buying 'gold tickets' basically just meaning that we'd be front row, for photographs and only £5 extra, I thought I'd try. Unfortunately ( I thought at the time) they'd all sold out, so the basic tickets would have to do. As soon as I walked through the door with my camera in my hand some man was down my throat about not being able to take photographs- jeeeez! Okay, but why?!!! Any how, our seats were fine, and we saw all the clothes & models pretty well, so I am glad I didn't spend the extra money for no reason and have no photos to show for it

I would have loved to show you photos of the clothes *and models- cough cough* but due to the silly rule, there obviously aren't any [insert sad smiley here]

I was taking (phone) notes all the way through the show though to make sure I was up to date with all the key trends & styles for Autumn Winter 2011. There were so so many that kept cropping up, but a few of my favs:

♥ Clash on Clash print- if it's a big print, team it with another big print. If it's a small, team with a small. This is something I could easily do, but I'm not sure how confident I'd feel in rocking it in my every day life

♥ Turquoise & teal colours- work well with almost every skin tone & a lovely bright colour for A/W

♥ Flat shoes!- Hurray, something I've been doing a lot recently anyway *le sigh of a boyfriend the same height as me* Brogues, loafers, creepers, Chelsea boots-tick tick tick

♥ Fetish- Leather & studs out. Something I'm really excited to try, I still haven't got a leather jacket (OH EM GEE) I'm thinking it's a must now. Leather leggings or trousers, and studs in everything will help you achieve this look in a wearable way

♥ For the MEN- it's skinny ties, parka jackets & glitzy suits

♥ Hair should be BIG, bright (and well maintained) keep it up & show us your behive. I literally live for big hair now, and even though I have a long way to go my crimpers, back combing & hair spray help me achieve my look. I'm a bit apprehensive on keeping my hair up for nights our & special occasions, but it will be a good excuse to perfect my beehive

Overall the show was fab and lots of fun. I loved a lot of the high street clothing that they showed, it opened my eyes to a lot of places that I don't really think about shopping, such as John Lewis.

The models were great, and it was nice to see that they weren't all stick thin, similar to that of the Look Show & the boys were just fitties!
I'm really glad I ended up going, and I will look out for it again for future seasons as the tickets were a reasonable price and it is so near home for me

The Look Show A/W Twenty11...

[Start Ramble]

On Saturday morning I made my way to London City, the car-mega bus-tube journey made it all worth it as I was going to the Look Show for London Fashion Week! EK!
The lovely Tabitha invited me as her +1 guest, as she had won VIP tickets with River Island

Tabitha & myself made our way to Westfields, looking forward to getting there early, having a nosey around at the Look Lounge & meeting up with some of the other bloggers.

The day didn't actually go quite to plan, Westfields was RAMMO! I felt a little on edge, and had a urge of stress over me all day and I was boiling hot- well done for dressing for a chilly day Steph.

I was still so excited for the show, and as we had time to spare we had a wander around, before seeing the Look Lounge. I was very excited to take a look in here, meet some Look staff & see what possible bloggers may be lurking- however the only thing the Look Lounge seemed to be open for was collecting passes for the show- BUMMER!

The next few hours were a kind of blur or confusion, lining up to get our passes for half an hour to be refused & sent to the 'media suite', getting there & signing in (thank goodness) being told to pick up our passes and come to the champagne reception for 2.30pm- no problem! Next thing we know, we can't pick our passes up & have to go back to the lounge and were then directed back to the media suite, all was right with the world again as our Look passes were around our necks and food was about to be eaten before the champagne flowed.

A Pret sandwich, a cool off outside, a quick change of clothes for Tabitha and we were ready to face the Look show. The champagne reception was much needed, we chilled out, chatted away, drank champagne (of course) and adored every ones outfits.

The Celebs

Celeb spotting was rather fun, I felt like a true VIP!
Sarah Harding did an amazing job modeling, and her hair looked amazing. When they played Kelis's song, the look on her face was priceless- put a smile on my face for sure
Dionne Bromfield was amazing, and I thought it was fab that they had some one to perform

The Fashion

I've never been to a fashion show before (I don't think Clothes Show Live counts) so I felt over whelmed, but just so happy & excited to be there. I am so so glad I got to see the Look show, as high street style is very close to my heart, and it's where I shop most of the time. There was such a nice buzz around the place, and the outfits were amazing- more invites to shows are needed, please & thanks

Block bold colours, fur trims, leather, shirts & hats all stuck out to me in the show and it has got me ready for Autumn/Winter for sure.

I also noticed that the models were a lovely size, I'm awful with sizes, but there were a handful of models over size 10 for sure. This was really comforting to see, and it made me feel more confident knowing that I was a chubster at a fashion show

The Bloggers

I love blogger meet ups, so it was a shame we didn't have a lot of time after to have a natter or even really meet up properly. I spent the majority of the day with Emma, Hannah & Tabitha. All of whom are bloody lovely!! Me and Tabitha got on so so well, and I can not thank her enough inviting me. I can not wait to meet her again, because she is just lush.

I also met Lily, Gem and Sarah, all but briefly and felt a little blogger struck, but they looked amazing. I also got a hug from Jen, I think I love her and got to say a quick hi & bye to Victoria, Laura [credit for photo], Lily & Kate

It's hard not to think bloggers will be like something, or sound a certain way, or act differently but until you meet them you can't really tell. All the girls I met were lovely & I hope I get to meet them again some time soon

Thank you Look, River Island & Tabitha for making my day a lovely one- although a little stressed & flushed I was still happy to be there and felt very lucky to meet everyone

I wore this to Sams uncles 50th Birthday party (1of3) on Friday night, it was in a barn & 'casual dress' which I found hard to dress for. I however love the outfit that I put together, and it did the trick with the cold location- blazer included!

I actually love my boots, I thought they were more of a brown colour on the website, but I'm glad I picked them. I don't go on boohoo enough, I really need to start making it a routine like other online shops I check it.

I love my camel skinnies so much, but in Newlook jeans I'm so middle sized, so annoying! 14 is tight, but the 16's (like above) look baggy & feel baggy too.

I'm so tired at the moment, I have this week off though so can not wait to catch up on some sleep & literally not worrying about doing anything. The weekend was a world wind of parties, London, Fashion shows, bloggers, more parties & free wine and a Sunday duty

Firstly- how much have I blogged this week?! Are you getting bored of me yet, don't worry though, the usually 'just about' once a week blogging will commence from next week

I have literally been wearing this necklace since I bought it, I just love it! I seem to be a bit cross obsessed at the moment though, anything & everything- that and peace signs & dream catchers.

I went out on Saturday night, ended up getting to bed at 4.30am! JEEZ, this is not like me. I went out for an early celebration for Sams Birthday before his mates go back to Uni, was me & the five boys- are't I lucky. We literally drank & danced all night, it was just such a fun night

I felt so confident in this outfit, I was really happy with how I looked, and even though the photos so otherwise- I felt pretty rockin'! lols
I love these shorts and tights, and I think even my podgy thighs can get away with it (please don't tell me other wise & ruin my dreams)

On Saturday I will be joining many girls at the Look show for London Fashion Week. I am beyond excited, and it's all thanks to the lovely Tabitha for taking me as her +1

I've Come Over all Glossy....

I'm here today to talk to you about GlossyBox, I have already posted some thoughts & feelings about my first glossy box that you can read here, but the lovely Lily offered me Septembers one, as I couldn't attend the event they held in London a few weeks ago
I gladly accept the offer as I was interested to see what goodies I'd receive. GlossyBox has now been running a few months, and still I see mix reactions from bloggers & YouTubers that have subscribed.

I haven't changed my mind a lot since my last box, and in some ways I'm very positive towards the GlossyBox and think they have done well so far, and hopefully it will just grow and grow and continue to improve. I think it's important to understand that you're not going to like every product that you're sent, you may not know the names and brands, and you may feel a little deflated after one box compared to the next. However, I think if you want to subscribe to this, you have to be open minded & do it for the right reason.
I still can't see my self signing up for it and the reasons are that I just don't think it's worth the money, I am not a beauty junkie, and I buy very little. Yeah I buy products when I need them, but you don't see me buying a Mac lipstick every month or splashing out on expensive conditioner. I think if you like to find new brands, if you're excited about the surprise and happy to try different products out, then this is most certainly worth the money- you may end up finding a product you love and can't live without. I think beauty bloggers and try lovers will jump at the chance, but for me, I'd rather spend my money on my 'needs' for the month like boring items I use every day but couldn't live without

The salt brushing and hair treatment are by fair my favs at the moment, I can not get enough of a really good scrub and this certainly does the job. After using Neal & Wolf hair treatment my hair felt just amazing, so soft and well conditioned without leaving it greasy or look slightly unwashed- like some deep treatments can do

A'WHOOOGA!....

I think it's true that like Marmite, we either love or hate 'Ugg' boots, and even then it can still be a love-hate relationship
When I was asked if I wanted to try some 'Whooga' ugg boots out, I did quickly reply to the email, but made perfectly clear that I'd never make out that ugg boots were fashionable or a style must have in any way shape or form- because I simply don't believe it. After some conversation through email, I was happy to take the opportunity to have a natter about these boots as me and Michael (the founder of the company) were very much on the same page with our thoughts and feelings towards ugg boots

Many people wouldn't & don't wear sheepskin boots, but even though not a lover of them, I still feel they have a place in my life & my wardrobe

If for nothing else expect they are so so comfy, and NO ONE can deny that (surely?) I wear mine in doors a lot, and the high street were quick to jump on this and make them into slippers. But you know, some times, when you're in your scruffs & you have to pop out for something, or if you're going over your friends- this is the perfect time that I grab my whoogas and don them to my tootsies. They are warm, comfy, and easy- exactly what I need for the times where I don't care how I look, but wearing PJ's out would be taking it a bit too far

I was very interested to find out that the word ugg boot, simply means sheepskin boot, and so Ugg have done an amazing thing, but some times I think we then forget there are brands that do very similar, still of an amazingly high standard but without the scary price tag.
The only uggs I've owned are cheap Primarni ones, they last roughly one winter & then die, but I keep spending money on them because they're cheap and I need them. I don't think it's ever crossed my mind to buy 'real' Ugg boots, because of the expense, even though I know they'd last me much longer than 4 months. Now I'm not saying 'Whooga' boots are cheap, but they aren't wayyyy over the £100 mark that Ugg's are, and in the long run it would probably save uoi money, if like me you're buying a cheapie pair every year or so.

I'm in no way trying to make you like these boots, or even think they're a trend of any sort, however if you're like me and like to lounge or basically not do a lot after work & not have to worry about what you look like (or even care) than these may be a purchase you should think about making

My boots are 'classic shorts' in 'Chocolate' (damn them not having the chestnut mini's- my fav!)

If you read my last post, you'll know that this week was Sams graduation day, and so I just wanted to share some photos with you from the day- proud much!!!

I had a lovely day, and even though the ceremony was slightly boring (I didn't yawn too much) Sam enjoyed his day & has now finished his life at University. How fast the 3 years have gone! I feel like it's an ending for me too, as I too have made friends from his house mates to his course mates & laughed and drank with them too. It is also a new start for me & Sam though, and it excites me to think what the future holds

Firstly my outfit

I didn't want to start looking for a dress too early, because I knew I'd just then go & find a better and prettier one. However, when I saw this dress is the DP's sale, with buy one get one free, I couldn't help my self. It's not usually a dress I'd go for, it's far too structured & a bit too booby, but when I tried it on I just loved it. I felt a bit fatty around the middle, and had to keep pulling it down so it didn't bundle there, but I think it's a good purchase & hopefully I will get to wear it again.

The head band, I could just wear every single day! Oh Matalan, you have done well here. After leaving it behind on my first trip, I just had to go & get it. I was worried how it would sit, but I just adore it, and I think it looks fab- if I do say so myself!

My necklace is is thanks to the lovely Farah at Happy Toasts, she has started a new jewelery line and now has a section on her blog to show case her lovely items. I'm not usually one for dainty & 'pretty' jewelery, but I urge you to take a look at her pieces. They're slightly different, and eye catching but are still very subtle. When I saw the 'XO' necklace, I knew I had to have it. It's gorgeous, and I just love love love it.

Just a little update for you lovelies, as I have been a bit MIA this last week and from the photo, you can see I am just very gangsta!

If you read my last post you'll see that I went to Cardiff last weekend, 6 of us went & we had such a good time. Getting there was a bit of a rush, but it was so much fun and nice to be out with the majority of my friends- getting us all out seems near impossible 'now a day's'
We took many a photo, all looked fit (obviously-haha) danced, sang, drank and just had some general girlie fun.
I got to wear my River Island sale shorts, which I adore even more now I've actually worn them and am glad I spent the money on them (sales can still be expensive you know!)

This week I have been house sitting, and although thankfully I've had the internet, it's only been on one computer- which isn't mine. This has meant adding photos, and blogging was a no go. I'm there until next Tuesday, can not wait until I'm home though! I love getting out my own house, as my Mum drives me insane, but I'd give that for the smelly dog-fest I'm in at the moment. Me & Sam have popped home a few times though, like now! So I've been able to have a serious blog catch up- isn't it nice to see that many written posts ready to publish. Also get to see my own woofers, that I miss when I'm not with them every night.

Since I've been so close to work, what with house sitting, I've cycled there twice this week- I have only had a 3 day week though, SCORE. Cycling has some what killed me, but I'm glad for saving petrol & trying to get a little fitter

Yesterday was Sams graduation, wooooooooooo
So very proud of him, and it was a lovely (even though slightly boring) day. The plan was to go out after with all his course mates, and even though some drinking was done & fun was had, it just turned out to be an 'alright, nothing special' kinda night. We stayed at halls, which felt weird for everyone, and had the last Uni experience of High Wycombe.
These 3 years have gone so so fast, I can not explain. I was so worried & upset when Sam first went to Uni, and after me loving it more than he did, we soon found our routine of a distance relationship. Now it's all over! It has been amazing having him home full time, but I can not wait to move on with our lives now. I will do a post on the day, so keep your eyes peeled.

Hello lovelies,
as we speak I am on the way to Cardiff (hopefully if this has published) with my lovely girlies, for some drinking, dancing & fun times. I feel like I haven't been out with them all for such a long time, so I'm very excited- expect to see us at Tiger Tiger dancing like idiots & taking hundreds of ridiculous photos

This is the outfit I wore last Sunday, for a little bank holiday wine drinking. The evening was some what, fine, and just fine. Due to my silly a million hour work shift the next day, I was clock watching a lot, and thinking about my bed a little too much. I do love going out, but some times I enjoy the dressing up and looking pretty (well trying too) more than actually being socialable
I thought I'd show you the outfit though, I'm back into my tight loving phase!

I'm trying to sort out a little Birthday trip away to Disney Land Paris (see my Disney obsession post here) with my friendlings and my lovers. I'm always up for a good planning mission, and this is a mission. My Birthday is not until January, but timing is key with my friends, especially when it involves money, fingers crossed it will all work out how I'm hoping for. I think either way, me & Sam will still end up going for just a quick little Disney fix

Trying to keep up to date with 'fashion trends' can be hard, and as the previous seasons, I have put together a little guide of some key pieces that will hopefully help you along the way

You know when you think an outfit looks better than it actually is- yeah, that!

Saturday was spent shopping, mainly for Sam though, but jeez he's a pain. Worse than me fore sure. Eventually we chose our goodies, him; navy chinos, camel shorts, and some t.shirts. Me; a floppy hat, black ankle boots & some jewellery.

We then had to dog sit, it was such a creepy house though. It had ''stuff'' every where, photos, nic-naks and the bloody grand father clock going every hour. We manged to watch X-factor eat pizza and play with Great Danes though- every cloud. It's money, sure, but it's not one I'd jump at doing again (I say that until he asks again- maybe I'll up my prices)

Sunday was jam-packed, lunch at a friends, ice cream at the new shop, walks around the park (before it rained), drinks in the pub & a little mini-golf sesh. All topped off with some wine, lurvely

I got my fake nose/lip ring through today, really disappointed though as they're huge! I will not be putting that on my lip, no no no. I don't want it done, I just want to change it up a bit some times, so thought it would be the perfect idea. I'm a wannabe, and what?
If any of you have bought them in the past, please link me to the seller- I just want a diddy one, literally to go around my lip

This is how I rocked V fest on Saturday
I love this dress, while picking up some much needed leggings in Peacocks I saw this in the sale section & thought it looked cute. It's such a lovely fit, and I feel really good in it. The Doc's were a must, and they lasted me well, a little achey at the end of our long day, but nothing too bad. I think my Crown and Glory crown finished the outfit off so well, loved it, and is uber 'festivally'

There were lots of bums out at V in Staffordshire, I must say. If I was a size 8, and were as pretty and confident as some of there girls, I probably would have done the same- but really, they were some short shorts- I'd maybe even call them knickers.
I love seeing what others are wearing, I could just people watch all day, in between watching music and dancing like an idiot. I was so close to grabbing some photos of others for a festival outfit blog post, but I bottled it- one year I will for sure.

V has def got be wanting more, and hopefully a nice group of us will do a festival next year for the whole weekend. V is on my cards, but I'm not sure how others feel about it. Glasto isn't on, so that's obviously a no go, and we feel Reading was fun when we were 18 and has now passed us. So any ideas then please let me know

V Fest TwentyEleven....

On Saturday, me and some lovelies made our way up to Staffordshire for V Festival 2011

I've been to only a few festivals in my time, Reading way back when & then Glasto in 2010. Both times we camped, and had the whole weekend experience, this time we just traveled up & back on the same day-which had a whole different atmosphere and feel about it

V festival first started in 1996, and started ultimately as a 'rock' festival, how ever I personally think it's one of the 'popiest' music fest's at the moment. I love any music I can sing & dance a long to, and seeing that Rhianna was heading lining Weston park on the Saturday, I thought this would be a perfect new festival to try
There was a very broad mix of people there, from chav's that were getting screwed off their faces, to the festival lovelies that I wanted to basically be. It would have been nice to camp, it was a very long tiring day & travelling back at midnight and not arriving home until 2am was a faff. I think you let go & relax a bit more when you're camping, and there's less things to worry about and HAVE to carry with you if it's hot, cold, warm or wet!
This is a festival I'd recommend to newbies on the scene, as it wasn't too big and I felt confident and comfortable being there. The food choices were vast and the fair rides and other attractions made it enjoyable. I would have liked to of seen a few more shops there, especially vintage and charity ones, but I think I was spoilt as Glasto. The price is alright, in festival standards: £80 for a day ticket and then £10 for parking. The programmes were £10 each (WOWZA!) and in general alcoholic drinks were £4 and soft drinks were £2. They have a voucher scheme for alcohol, which worked really well, there was hardly ever a queue at the bar. You buy the vouchers from a separate point, and then just exchange vouchers at the bar, a very good idea that others should pick up on. Food varied, you could eat well for £6, that would be such things as a burger and chips, or a big pasta bowl. You could get your face and body painted, have silly photographs in the photo booth, buy endless amounts of hats and sunnies: all this is one (pretty big) field
The music was great, Hanson started our day with cheese, they rocked mmm'bop well! I also saw Ellie Goulding (fittie), Eliza DooLittle, The Saturdays, The Wombats, Rhianna and Eminem. I went to watch the wanted but got there too late *lets out huge cry* the tent was full, but I still had a boogie outside with other fans, they should have been on an outside stage for sure!
